X-Team Retail Advisors adds three new affiliates
New X Team affiliate GreatStreet Realty moved its offices from the suburbs to downtown Chicago during the pandemic.
One of the nation’s biggest retail real estate brokerages just got bigger.
Phoenix-based X Team Retail Advisors this week extended its reach to 40 U.S. markets with the addition of three new affiliates to its roster. Its roster of brokers, researchers, and other advisors now number more than 350.
The new X Team members are:
- Jacksonville-based Cantrell & Morgan, a brokerage and property management company that has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in multiple projects in the Southeast over the last two decades.
- Chicago-based GreatStreet Realty Partners, a 20-year-old brokerage that offers both tenant and landlord services. Its leasing projects include Randhurst Village, a 965,000-sq.-ft. mall redevelopment in Mt. Prospect, Ill., and Dunes Plaza, a 200,000-sq.-ft. power center in Michigan City, Ind.
- MTN Retail Advisors is a provider of research and data collection to grocery retailers, municipalities, developers, and real estate investors who identify store locations that maximize profitability.
X Team Retail Advisors’ affiliates executed more than $1.03 billion in lease transactions encompassing more than 8.3 million sq. ft. in 2020 and closed more than $538 million in sales transactions totaling 25.3 million sq. ft.
