New tenants at National Harbor include Tom's Watch Bar and Escapology, Prince George's County's first escape room location.
National Harbor, Peterson Companies’ massive mixed-use township on the banks of the Potomac River, continues to expand its reach.
In its 14th year in existence, the once vacant, mile-and-a-half-long stretch of riverside real estate has signed four new tenants that will lease 30,000 sq. ft of space. The roster:
- Tom’s Watch Bar, which promises “All the sports, all the time,” will take up more than a third of that GLA and open later this year.
- Sticky Situation, a high-end honey gallery that provides tastings of local honey, artisan-infused honey, real maple syrup, and bee pollen from more than 12 bee colonies across the country.
- Escapology, a 3,675-sq. ft. escape room that features Scooby-Do, Batman, and Star Trek themes. Peterson claims it is the first escape room venue in Maryland’s Prince George’s County.
- Silver Diner will enter National Harbor with a new design layout that includes a full open-air bar and patio. This will be the growing chain’s 21st location.
“Over the past 14 years, National Harbor has established itself as a major destination by carefully curating our tenant portfolio,” said Peterson’s VP of leasing Kimli Cross “This community has been master-planned by one developer so that it’s architecturally cohesive and well designed.”
The new signings come after BurgerFi, Bombay Street Food, and PrimoHoagies, signed leases at National Harbor in January.
