Fans of spring have a month of themed omnichannel events to look forward to at Lowe’s.
Lowe’s Cos. will run a month-long "SpringFest" celebration throughout April. Beginning April 1, customers can register on Lowes.com for free “Garden-to-Go” kits. Each of the four kits can be reserved up to one week before an associated curbside, socially distanced event at local Lowe’s stores. Events take place each Thursday from April 8-29, and include activities such as planting tree saplings and creating butterfly gardens.
Other online and socially distanced in-store events that will occur during the month include lawncare maintenance demos with Scotts and paint demos with The Sherwin-Williams Company. Lowe’s will also offer a series of “Hometrips,” vacation-esque experiences customers can create at home, such as a Colorado-inspired backyard camping trip and a Palm Springs-inspired patio spa. The series will kick off with a special curation of Miami-inspired products handpicked by Ally Love, founder & CEO of Love Squad, Peloton instructor, and host of the Brooklyn Nets NBA franchise.
"Over the past year, our homes have transformed and supported us in more ways than we could have imagined. This spring, home can evolve, yet again, to be a creative outlet and the ultimate destination," said Marisa Thalberg, Lowe's executive VPt, chief brand and marketing officer. "Through SpringFest and our invitation to take a Hometrip, we're making the best of spring available so our customers can transport themselves without ever leaving the sanctuary of home."
Customers will be able to register for SpringFest events at Lowes.com starting Thursday, April 1.
