First Look: Israeli footwear brand Naot opens NYC flagship

An Israeli maker of luxurious shoes that combine fashion and comfort has opened its second U.S. store.

Naot has opened a flagship in downtown Manhattan, on W. Broadway in SoHo. It’s the brand's second U.S. outpost, with the first located at Woodbury Village, Woodbury, N.Y. The company also operates seven stores in Canada, three in Japan and 55 in Israel.

The SoHo store has a minimalist, chic design created to display the brand’s curated footwear collections as works of art.

Naot is dedicated to giving back to local communities. Through its #NaotGivesBack Donation Program, the brand donates tens of thousands of shoes and sandals to various charities each year.

“The opening of this flagship store allows us to show the breadth of the line and tell the story of Naot on a deeper level,” said Naot USA president Ayelet Lax Levy. “New York is my home and opening our flagship store here feels both exciting and personal. We will also be planning on donating shoes to a local charity as a way to embrace the local community.”
