Lower.com Field is home of the three-time MLS Cup champion Columbus Crew.
Condado Tacos is set to open its 50th location at a soccer stadium in its hometown.
The fast-casual restaurant chain will open at Lower.com Field in Columbus, Ohio, on Feb. 24. The stadium is home of the major league soccer team, Columbus Crew. The new Condado Tacos will open one hour before gate times at the stadium and will remain open postgame.
Initially open for all Lower.com ticketed events, the restaurant eventually will be open 365 days a year, aligning with the development of Astor Park, a mixed-used complex being built next to Lower.com Field.
"We are delighted to bring the Condado experience to Lower.com Field. Our roots are in Columbus, and we see a fantastic opportunity to connect with the passionate Crew fan base," said Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos. "This location is not just about great food and drinks; it's about creating memorable moments for fans who share our love for sports, community and quality experiences."
Founded in 2014, Condado Tacos operates 49 restaurants in 10 states, with locations in metro areas such as Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis and more. In late 2022, the chain said it aimed to expand its footprint from between 90 and 100 restaurants by 2026.
