The Amazon Big Spring Sale is underway.
Amazon’s latest major seasonal sales promotion has begun.
The e-tail giant is hosting its first-ever Big Spring Sale from Wednesday, March 20 through Monday, March 25. According to Amazon, this event will provide customers the "chance to shop great deals on seasonally relevant items."
Discounts will include up to 55% off select Amazon devices, up to 40% off select Keurig coffee makers, and up to 30% off select Bose soundbars and speakers. New deals will drop daily during the six-day event at amazon.com/bigspringsale.
The retailer is launching the Big Spring Sale with price reductions as high as 60% in categories including electronics, lawn and garden, cleaning and organizing products, sports and fitness, kitchen appliances and cookware, beauty and haircare, and spring fashion, as well as its own devices.
Unlike Amazon’s Prime Day event in July and Prime Big Deal Days sale in October, which were restricted to members of its paid Prime membership program (although non-members could qualify with a 30-day free trial), all customers can shop the Big Spring Sale.
However, Prime members (including those who sign up for a free 30-day trial during the event) will receive access to additional exclusive deals. Initial exclusive Prime deals include discounts of 30 to 46% in categories such as activewear, spring fashion, luggage and designer handbags.
More than 300 million items will be available during the event with free Prime shipping, and tens of millions of the most popular items will be available with free same-day or one-day delivery.
Amazon’s other two major seasonal sales events, the fall Holiday Beauty Hall and Black Friday – Cyber Monday promotion, which lasted Nov. 17-27, were open to all customers with extra perks for Prime members.
In addition, a dedicated small business storefront will feature items from small businesses in Amazon’s store, including Black-owned, woman-owned, military family-owned, Hispanic-owned, Asian & Pacific Islander-owned, and LGBTQIA-owned businesses.
